The new home pre-construction checklist is a list of recommended building trends and best practices that when selected before the building process can save you thousands of dollars and a great deal of time. The builder checklist is not a replacement for the International Code Council or any other required building codes for your area. Most of the recommendations on this list are not found in typical building code requirements.
It is always our recommendation to use a licensed contractor, licensed architect, engineering plans from a licensed engineer and a designer if needed.
